About Me

As an interdisciplinary artist, my work explores a variety of concepts through drawing, sculpture, and fiber. My work is primarily based on personal experiences, as well as causes I’m passionate about. I like to challenge widely – or blindly – accepted ideas and bring attention to these kinds of issues. I also explore my own culture and identity through my work, hoping to build a stronger connection with my Latina, Indigenous, and black identities.
